W3C validation

Hi
What is W3C validation and how can we ensure that our website will display correctly in all browsers that support standards will display correctly in all browsers that support W3C standards?

W3C Validation means checking the markup validity of Web documents in HTML, XHTML, SMIL, MathML, etc.

Basically ensuring the site is compatible with webbrowser and search engine robots like you said and that it displays correctly.

If you're using a site builder and not working with code directly I wouldn't worry about this to much.

Just check the sites out yourself in a few different browsers like

Chrome
FireFox
IE
Opera
etc.

If it looks then the alright.

Our you can search online for W3C Validation Service. They're many free ones available.
