It depends on the site and topic. Wordpress has so many free templates you can find one for most topics and modify it to your taste.

I use some simple and some modified templates and a few i made my self.

With the world's resources at our fingertips, you can go to a search engine and enter your blog format along with the words "template." Go ahead and add "free" to it and you'll be overwhelmed with the results.

I like to find custom templates for my blogs in order to stand out from the rest and to find a template that reflects me and the content in my blog.

I will use a blogger template and then modify it. I like three columns and the ability to have more than one header. This is a good site to learn how to change your Blogger template.

I use templates

Tue Oct 07, 2008 6:43 pm

I use templates: Blogger and Wordpress, both have templates of various themes. several to choose from.

You are limited in how much customization you can do, but they are free. They provide other freebies. You get to meet other bloggers as well.

In fact, your blog template or the design of your
blog count contribute a lot in building your

I still remember last time after I changed my blog
template, my blog's readership tripled.

And one of my close friends told me that I should
use that template because since then sometimes
she will pay a visit because it is easier to read.

So choose a template that really suitable to your blog
and easier for you readers to read. :D
