I think someone mentioned listing good article submission sites, here are the ones I use, and if someone can list other good ones, I'd love to find some more!

Hi Jenn,

There are some really big lists people have listed here in the past. Do a search and you'll surely find a bunch more.

Here are ones I've personally used. (I've also used the ones you mentioned). It's been a few months since I've done a big article push, so I don't know if situations have changed at any of these. (Change? On the internet? What an unlikely thing!) ;)

I know that at least one of these required a small payment but I found that the article that I posted with them had received wide distribution. IOW, I got my money's worth.

Thanks to both of you for providing those sites!

I've needed to get a good solid list going for awhile now, and the sites you both listed will get me off to a good start.

Now, off to search the archives for more!! :D

What do you use these websites for?

Do you submit articles to them?

or

Do you use their articles to create a Martell website?

Mike,

Hope you find them useful. I've also got a link to a huge list but upon going through them one by one, I found some of the sites were gone, changed, difficult to navigate, etc.. Here it is anyway:

http://www.arcanaweb.com/resources/arti ... ories.html

The individual ones I posted previously were the ones I personally used last fall. I need to go around again with a few new articles I have so I'll be working through them again myself. I also found a couple more that I had on my "Need to submit to" list.

tux750,
I use these to submit my own articles TO in order to get backlinks to my site.

Hope this helps,
Gail

Thanks for the great list, Gail.

I am doing my very first round with articles, it is nice to have a tried list :)

Do you guys submit the same article to different places, or do I have to write a different article for each article submission site?

Hi Tanya,

I submitted each article to all the sites as long as it was appropriate. In that I mean, some sites only have categories for certain types of articles. If a site has a category that my article will fit in, I submit it. So, for most of my articles, I will submit each one to the same article site as my other articles.

Hope this answers your question.

Articles Submissions

Wed Apr 06, 2005 8:48 pm

Hi Everyone,

I'm a newb to JM stlye marketing, I've just started a couple sites using his methods and I'm glad I found this forum. Lots of good info.

Before JM I created a few sites and I'd like to mention my main one Totalink.com because I now accept articles on it. You can submit articles directly at http://www.totalink.com/cgi-bin/pseek/addurl.cgi?p=1

All the best,

John

Hi Gail,

Not sure if that link for the long article list was your site or not but i have a question on article tip #2....It is advisable to NOT host your articles on the same website that you link to in your articles' resource box.

What is the philosophy behind that? I thought you wanted as much content on your site as possible and you wouldnt be penalized for duplicat content.

Thanks,

Chris
