upgraded to their developer package at 1/2 price for 3 years,and now get 1st class service.
Had a problem with their chat setup program sticking the wrong domain name in chat links. [ I own several sites ] Phoned customer service. Was given quick fix. [ manually replace domain name in link ] They offered to stay on the line while I made changes to site code,FTP'd code to my server,and tested same.
Seemed upset when I said that's o.k.,I'll call back if there's a problem.
was asked Are you sure?
started laughing,and had to assure techie that i would be o.k.
